Review : the knife of never letting go (chaos walking #1) by Patrick Ness

“Prentisstown isn’t like other towns. Everyone can hear everyone else’s thoughts in an overwhelming, never-ending stream of Noise. Just a month away from the birthday that will make him a man, Todd and his dog, Manchee — whose thoughts Todd can hear too, whether he wants to or not — stumble upon an area of complete silence. They find that in a town where privacy is impossible, something terrible has been hidden — a secret so awful that Todd and Manchee must run for their lives.” (Goodreads)

Oh, my dear Patrick Ness, you always amaze me. You are a fantastic writer!
The word he created is well done and perfectly built. I really enjoy the setting. The storyline is amazing. It’s full of suspence and secrets. Todd is a great character, stronger than he thinks he is. He’s a really interesting character. I also absolutly love the “bad guys” in this books. We have the bad religious guy who’s completely crazy. We have a deadly soldier following orders without asking questions. We have a mad mind, the creepy smart guy behind the horror.
TKONLG was a very fun read and i will definitely buy the next books in the future.
You should also check out any other books by Patrick Ness, he’s a brillant writer capable of telling so amazing stories.
