“Aria has lived her whole life in the protected dome of Reverie. Her entire world confined to its spaces, she’s never thought to dream of what lies beyond its doors. So when her mother goes missing, Aria knows her chances of surviving in the outer wasteland long enough to find her are slim.
Then Aria meets an outsider named Perry. He’s searching for someone too. He’s also wild – a savage – but might be her best hope at staying alive.
If they can survive, they are each other’s best hope for finding answers.” (Goodreads)
I feel like the best word to describe the first two books would be Ok. Not The fault in our Stars kind of Okay, more of a Ugh kind of ok. The story was a bit slow at some point and i wanted to skip some pages. The writing was good and i enjoy having two POVs. I thought Aria and Perry’s love story was empthy.
I think this book had a lot of potential but something was missing. It didn’t grab my attention like i hope it would.
I didn’t read Into the Still blue yet, maybe one day i’ll pick it up and see how it end.
Under The Never Sky : 3/5
