review : Ugly Love by Colleen Hoover

When Tate Collins meets airline pilot Miles Archer, she doesn’t think it’s love at first sight. They wouldn’t even go so far as to consider themselves friends. The only thing Tate and Miles have in common is an undeniable mutual attraction. Once their desires are out in the open, they realize they have the perfect set-up. He doesn’t want love, she doesn’t have time for love, so that just leaves the sex. Their arrangement could be surprisingly seamless, as long as Tate can stick to the only two rules Miles has for her.

Never ask about the past.
Don’t expect a future.

They think they can handle it, but realize almost immediately they can’t handle it at all.

Hearts get infiltrated.
Promises get broken.
Rules get shattered.

Love gets ugly.”

This book.

this book, guys.

wow.

Here’s the thing, everytime I decided to read a book by Colleen Hoover, i tell myself that it won’t be THAT good, that my emotions won’t be destroy by the story and that I won’t let her break my heart. Everytime I am wrong. Colleen Hoover is a godess when it come to writing a complex love story. Nothing is never easy and sweet. No. It’s painful and sad, and it usualy ends with the reader feeling exhausted because of how intense it was.

but It was glorious. So damn beautiful. The writing is fantastic. i absolutely love the way she wrote Miles’s past. The way she describes how he feels and how he fell in love, i had to reread some parts because it was so beautiful. it also kept me intrigued, I needed to know what happened to Miles and Rachel and what would happen with Miles and Tate. Colleen Hoover does know how to create a captivating storyline! And that ending. The ending was simply perfect. I like the characters, but they are not the main reason why this book was so good.

The reason why I read Colleen Hoover’s book is the emotinal ride. Trust me, pick one of her book up, read it, and see how your poor heart will feel after. You are gonna smile, you are gonna cry and you are gonna be mad, that’s the beauty of this book, it makes you feel.

Ugly Love : 4.5/5
