Review : Duality (The Enertia Trial #3) by J. Kowallis

“Trust No One.In this world, nothing is as it seems . . .

Reggie’s visions turn to horrifying hallucinations. For weeks she’s tortured with starvation and nightmares that vex her resolve. Her only companion is a mysterious shadow—a figure with no shape, no substance—that seems to have a mind of its own. It’s a presence that prickles her memories and plants a feeling of familiar dread in her mind.
Where she is, she doesn’t know, and the organization delving into her mind is more threatening than ever before.

With the help of shady contacts from his past, Nate struggles to travel half way around the world, facing his own demons and dreadful revelations. But when a stranger joins the team, the duality of this newcomer’s actions sets everyone on edge, leading them through a trial one of them . . . will not survive.”

I received a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

Duality comes out November 18 2016

my god, that’s the first thing that came into my mind when i finished the book. Duality was one of my most anticipated releases and it didn’t disappoint. It’s hard for me to review this beauty because it was simply incredible.
Storyline? Intriguing, action pack, emotional.

Characters? freaking epic.

Writing style? glorious.

Ending? *cries* heartbreaking.

This book was such a wild ride, never a boring second. It’s extremely well-done. Unpredictable and full of twists. I never expected to be THAT invested in the series, but i care so much about those characters. They all have such a strong personality and when they are all together, it’s impossible not to enjoy it. Nate. Oh, my dear Nate. I just want him to be okay and happy, is that too much to ask?! His character survived so much and I really feel like his vulnerability was more visible in that book. I just wanted to hug him and tell him it was gonna be okay. Same for Ransley. She is incredible and her power is probably my favorite. Her interaction with Roydon are perfect. and Roydon, in this crazy dystopian world, you still find a way of making me smile. i LOVE him.

You guys have no idea how EXCITED (and maybe a bit scared too) about the next book.

okay, enough with the fangirling now, if you haven’t read The Enertia Trials yet, please do. It’s sooooo good.

Duality : 4.5/5
